Minnesota School Board Votes Unanimously to Allow Extra Pay for Non-White Teachers, Racial Segregation of Staff


Sharing this here is important. What is reported in this article is already happening across Utah and at the USBE through “special committee” opportunities only available to people of color. Many appointments or service opportunities receive compensation, stipends or an hourly rate for their time and “expertise.”

Case in point, see the requirements for USBE’s ACCESS committee which received funding until December 2021. Any “equity council” that is driven by standards of sexual orientation or skin color would also fall under these ideals.
