The nationwide spotlight on illicit and explicit materials in our kids’ schools has been shining on Utah particularly lately, culminating in Representative Ken Ivory’s Sensitive Materials in Schools bill, HB337. That bill passed in March 2022, and now the ball is in the state Board’s court.
The State Board of Education is back at it, June 30, 2022.
They will be discussing Member Cline’s sensitive materials model policy based on HB 374, the bill that just passed to protect kids against porn.
