“The environment is not safe [there]. One student kicked me every day. When they didn’t get their way they would resort to kicking adults in the shins. It got so bad I bought shin guards to wear on a daily basis. It was a real sight.  

When I confronted the principal about what was NOT being done to address this issue. I was told I needed to be more reflective and determine the choices I could make so as not to trigger the student into the episodes of rage.”
